John is a licensed public accountant serving the small and mid-size business community. Since starting his own practice in 1993, he has become a trusted advisor to business owner managers and high net worth individuals in the greater Toronto area.
Besides public accounting, he also served as CFO for a mining exploration company that trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Additionally, he worked as a financial analyst for large national companies in the financial services industry.
John takes an integrated approach in managing his clients’ accounting, tax, and business consulting needs with an emphasis to help them control costs, manage cash flow, maximize profits, and grow.
Melvin Luna

Melvin has worked in complex environments dealing in multi-million-dollar projects, working with all stakeholder levels to ensure the success of the project. Melvin has helped business owners and high net worth individuals with business start-up, securing financing, IT integrations and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) disputes, including audits and objections.
Melvin is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program at Laurentian University and holds the CPA designation.
